好多朋友試過都大讚，店主試食完忍不住真係要介紹下俾鬆友，特別係好似本人咁喜愛韭菜嘅朋友😍
韭菜味香濃呢個係必須的，最緊要係好Juice

師傅每日都會挑選最優質嘅原材料，將韭菜同豬肉配搭出黃金比例，令每一隻韭菜餅都更加飽滿，爽口彈牙，一口咬落去仲會爆出鮮甜肉汁帶上韭菜的香甜，食過一次之後簡直返唔到轉頭，不得不感嘆一句：此餅只應天上有，人間難得幾回聞！

烹調方式：
🚩《煎》
大火熱鍋後轉中火，每邊約3-4分鐘，表面金黃即可。
🚩《蒸》
猛火水滾後，隔水蒸約7分鐘。

內含大量肉汁，小心燙嘴！！！
